This intensive 5-day program shifts focus from theoretical design to practical operational execution.
Participants gain comprehensive knowledge of running practices, integrity testing, Well Recompletion,
Perforating, Sand Control, and operational coordination with intervention tools, preparing them for
senior engineering and supervisory roles.
